Encore was established in Madison, Wisconsin, 1979 by its founder Jerry Wuebben. During this time, Encore has built a reputation as one of Madison’s top home builders due to Jerry’s relentless pursuit of quality, innovation and value Encore has thrived since its founding. In 2004 a group of four key and longtime employees including Jerry’s son Chad, began the transition into ownership and have since taken over the reins of running the company. The new leadership is made up of Chad Wuebben as President, Kevin Hanna, Rene’ Gagner, Jeff Jaschinski . These four members of the leadership team have a combined tenure at Encore of 54 years and look forward to the opportunity to put their experience to work for you to help you design and build your dream home. The team at Encore is dedicated to the continuation of the company’s reputation for the great customer service and the high home values that were instilled in the company over the past 29 Years by Jerry.
