Building Process – From Your Ideas

Many customers already know what their dream home looks like. In this case, the Encore team provides two significant services. First, the design team prepares a plan to reflect your concept. Second, the team reviews the plan with a critical eye developed over many years of experience. Suggestions to tailor areas of the plan are not uncommon due to the depth of floor plans, materials and spatial arrangements that Encore has incorporated into the hundreds of custom homes it has built. The synergy of your thoughts and Encore’s experience can design a home even more gratifying than the customer’s original concepts.

Ranch or two-story, full or partial lower level exposure, front or side entry garage? Encore has existing plans for each of the above designs and more. The plans in our gallery present a smorgasbord of ideas. Choose the plan of your fantasy or pick the best features of different plans to create your new home. Either way, the design process is suddenly over and construction of you new home can begin.
