Chad Wuebben, and the team of experts he has assembled, start with your overall vision and then help mold that vision into reality. The experience gleaned from building hundreds of other customers’ masterpieces enables the Encore team to suggest plan revisions and products you might not have considered. The result of the design vision is a plan that will become your masterpiece. A home that not only is a pleasure to live in now, but also grows in value until it’s time for you to move on.
Superb Construction Craftsmanship and Process
Timing is everything is the old adage. Nothing could be truer once construction of your home begins. The building process is like a ballet: every move must come together just so for the result to be breathtakingly beautiful. The Encore team is consummately skilled in the process. You will meet the superintendent responsible for your home during the design phase. He will visit your job site daily and keep you abreast of progress. As critical as the superintendent’s skill is the performance of the subcontractors. Only the most highly skilled and reliable subcontractors are selected. This superb team ensures timely, quality completion of your home.
Passionate Attention to the Customer
There is no higher goal at Encore than a satisfied customer. Every member of the Encore team is driven by customer service. Starting with the design phase, throughout the construction phase and continuing with any warranty service, your desires will receive our undiluted commitment. The devil is in the details, and no one covers the details like the dedicated members of the Encore team. In addition to the services already mentioned, we can help with decorating and financing (construction and permanent) requirements. We are here to create an enduring positive memory of your experience with us.
Warranty Service With a Purpose
Sometimes warranty service is just lip service. Not from Encore. Beginning with the pre-closing walk-through, our warranty service has a schedule and a purpose. The purpose is your continuing satisfaction. We cannot overemphasize how important that is to us. Achieving your continued satisfaction means we must be proactive. Accordingly, you will receive a letter thirty days after move-in requesting a meeting to discuss any concerns that have arisen. Eleven months after move-in you will receive a letter asking for a meeting regarding any items to review before the expiration of Encore’s one year warranty.
