Our organization worked with Encore on the development of several duplex units in the City of Madison. Working with the construction team at Encore has been a pleasure. They listen to their customers, provide useful suggestions and are willing to work hard to ensure that you get the home or building you want.
We chose Encore Construction because they offered us the best price and had good experience and references. While working with Encore staff, it was clear that they set high expectations for their performance. They involved us in every decision and gave us reasonable options for changes that could save money or result in a better product. They were willing to work with us to achieve Energy Star certification and to make interim design changes that were required by our homebuyers. Their patience and ability to work with us and with our buyers was admirable.
When there were problems, they alerted us early and gave us appropriate suggestions for resolution. They provided cost estimates and alternatives that allowed us to resolve the problems quickly and without compromising our schedule. While we had some surprises, as every construction project does, these issues were quickly resolved so that our schedule was not compromised. Encore dealt with all the subcontractors, so additional staff time on our part was minimal, saving our organization staff time and money. At the completion of construction, they responded positively and quickly to our requests for repair, and things were done in a timely manner.
Construction of new buildings and homes is always a challenge, but Encore made it a very positive experience. Our project was completed quickly and efficiently, within our budget, and the product was of high quality. We would recommend Encore to anyone, and look forward to working with their staff on projects in the future.
