Encore's Custom Design Process

The Encore design team, led by Chad Wuebben, will listen to your ideas, discern the relevant questions to ask, and develop a plan that works for your unique needs. At this time, you will even meet the construction supervisor assigned to your project. We will do whatever it takes to make you feel at ease during the building process.

Many customers already know what their new home or commercial building looks like, and in these cases, the Encore team provides two significant services. First, the design team prepares a plan to reflect your concept. Then, the team reviews the plan with a critical eye to recommend modifications that are more efficient, cost-effective and creative based on the hundreds of custom building projects we've completed. We guarantee that the synergy of your thoughts and Encore's experience and vision will help design a home, condo or commercial building even more gratifying than your original concepts.

If you are not sure where to start in terms of a plan, Encore has existing plans that present an abundance of ideas. Choose the plan of your dreams, or pick the best features from different plans. Either way, the design process is made easy and construction can begin.

Encore's Construction Process
The Encore team is exceptionally accomplished in the custom building process, and knows that keeping in close contact with the customer is essential. Your project supervisor will be on site throughout the many stages of construction and will keep you abreast of progress and answer any questions you may have. As critical as the supervisor's attention is the performance of our subcontractors. Only the most highly skilled and reliable subcontractors are used to ensure timely, quality completion.

Starting with the design phase, throughout the construction phase and then continuing with any decorating, financing and warranty service, you are assured our utmost commitment to service. Encore's goal is to create an enduring positive memory of your experience with us.

Warranty Service
Beginning with the pre-closing walk-through, our warranty service has a schedule and an objective of your continuing satisfaction. We cannot overemphasize how important that is to us. For example, you will receive a letter thirty days after move-in requesting a meeting to discuss any concerns you might have. Eleven months after move-in, you will receive a letter asking for a meeting regarding any items to review before the expiration of Encore's one-year warranty.
