Design Philosophy

Encore puts primary emphasis on designing your home with features that will make your life more enjoyable and less stressful.

The design team at Encore understands that all of our lives have become more demanding and require a higher level of organization in order to provide time for family, entertaining friends and personal relaxation. That's why we design every home with the following requirements in mind.

• We understand that leisure time spent with family and friends is precious. Therefore, we design all of our homes with features such as a kitchen with enough room for everyone to gather together. After all, the kitchen is still the heart of every home. We plan large useful outdoor entertainment areas that provide the perfect venue for summer entertaining. Along with these ideas we strive to maintain a good relationship between the kitchen and the family room so everybody is part of the action.
• Another key component to our designs is the ability to help you reduce your stress level by including some key organization adding features, such as large pantries in which to store dry goods and cut down on trips to the grocery store. We also incorporate a rear foyer in our designs. A rear foyer may or may not include the washer and dryer but will feature drop zones that keep clutter out of the kitchen, lockers so the kids have a place to hang their coats and store their shoe, a charging center which provide an organized location to plug in all of your rechargeable devices. Imagine how convenient it would be to have everything within easy reach as you get your family off to school and work in the morning.
• The third key design feature is simply personal spaces for your relaxation. After the day is over and you have managed all of your responsibilities, you need your own space to unwind, relax and take care of yourself. Whether that means room in the master bedroom for a comfortable chair or a luxury shower to wash away the stress of the day our designs will have them.

Once we have developed a floor plan that "lives" well and provides for your individual needs, we then turn our attention to designing a look for your home that will surely make you proud every time you come home.
