With the help of our architect, we developed a plan for a custom house designed to fit our rural property with minimal modification of the rugged landscape. Encore proved to be highly capable of building a custom home, and they demonstrated very open, one on one communications. They also assisted in areas we normally would not have expected from a builder. Encore built our home at a very competitive price, on budget, and on schedule. Encore collaborated amicably with our architect and offered good solutions to unanticipated difficulties, sometimes augmenting and improving upon some of the original building plans and interior finishing details. Quality materials were used in construction. Allowances were realistic and changes we imposed were graciously accepted and often implemented with little or no additional charges. Encore often went the extra mile to help us select finishes that proved to be less expensive than we might have chosen on our own. Small, post construction issues requiring attention are courteously addressed.
